VentInvoice shall not be liable for any errors in invoices, incorrect tax calculations, late or missing payments, penalties, fines, or legal consequences arising from the use of the Service. You use VentInvoice entirely at your own risk.

VentInvoice does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing in the Service or on the VentInvoice website should be interpreted as professional advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals if required.
5. Data and Privacy
You remain the owner of all data you enter into VentInvoice. VentInvoice processes your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service, including generating invoices and related documents. VentInvoice does not sell your data to third parties.
